In October 2017, Seed of Hope facilitated our pilot Khulanathi process that included adult life skills, leadership development and the employment preparation sections. We had many attendees and 14 unemployed community members graduates from this course.
Since graduating in November 2017, 3 students have started pursuing their tertiary education to progress in their skills and career development, and 5 students found employment within 3 months as a result of what they learnt through attending this process.
