Sukoluhle is one of our staff members son’s who was finished school but unemployed. He decided to join our pilot employment preparation course in May 2017, and said that he learnt so much form the course. He learnt about the importance of work ethic and having the right attitude in the work place.
Since graduating, after learning how to make his own CV and how to approach potential employers. Sukoluhle set about approaching different companies advertising his CV and his skill set. As a result in July 2017 he started a learnership with a cleaning company. This has been a great opportunity for him to learn new skills and get more practical work experience.
Sukoluhle’s mother told us that He received this learnership opportunity through the job seeking skills he learnt through our employment program and he asked her to pass on his thanks.
